The medieval village of Sévérac seems to be rolling like a snake around the hill. The spiral-wise streets will lead to the castle dominating the village and watching over the Aveyron valley that peacefully sets on its feet. Around this castle, built between the 13th and 18th centuries, a great number of activities are organised in summer, like guided visits and medieval shows. In August, a light and sound show is held to honour the castle. Ask for more information to be there!
